The new 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport is gaining traction in Canada with its style, technology, luxury, and the raw DNA that makes Land Rover a leader in off-roading. It goes where other luxury SUVs won’t. The Discovery Sport is available in four trims: the S, SE, HSE, and R-Dynamic.

The second engine, the P290 AWD, is also a turbocharged 2.0 L four-cylinder engine, but it works with an electric motor to increase efficiency and horsepower to 286. This engine is available in the R-Dynamic SE MHEV and R-Dynamic HSE MHEV trims. It also includes Active Driveline, an off-road technology that upgrades traction and stability. While on-road, the system improves cornering and maximizes fuel economy.
Each Discovery Sport features a nine-speed automatic transmission that boosts performance and assists with better efficiency. Trims with the P250 engine achieve a fuel efficiency rating of 12.6/9.7 L/100 km (city/highway) and hybrid-equipped models attain 12.3/9.8 L/100 km.
The Discovery Sport has 980 litres of cargo volume behind the second row and 1,795 litres with the second row folded. This provides the flexible utility you need for family vacations, shopping trips, and more. Front-seat occupants enjoy 1,455 mm of shoulder room and 993 mm of legroom.
